Inauguration Ceremony for the Malaysia-China Cultural Tourism Research Centre

    The Inauguration Ceremony for the Malaysia-China Cultural Tourism Research Centre was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur on August 21, 2025, officially marking the start of industry-academia-research collaboration between Heilongjiang Tourism Vocational and Technical College and the Malaysia-China Cultural Tourism Association.

    Guests present at the ceremony included Yu Jian, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province; Li Shengbin, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Heilongjiang Province; and YB Lee Chin Chen, Deputy Speaker of the Pahang State Assembly, all of whom witnessed this significant moment.

    The Malaysia-China Cultural Tourism Research Centre aims to promote academic exchange and industry development in the cultural tourism sector between Malaysia and China. By integrating the academic resources and industry advantages of both sides, the centre will facilitate the deep integration of talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and industry practice, thereby injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of cultural tourism in both countries.
